The role
Design the motion systems Kaviyan Studio builds for brand teams, working remotely from Europe.
As Senior Motion Designer at Kaviyan Studio you will lead motion on two or three engagements at a time, working remotely from Europe. You turn brand identities into systems of blocks that whole teams reuse, then prove the rules in real edits.
Your first three months
Demand for Motion Systems doubled this year. In your first quarter you will take over two engagements from Victor Lim, run Discover with each brand team and hand over a first block library.
Who you work with
Each engagement has a producer, an engineer, a fixed scope and a Friday review. Flow, our motion agent, handles routine titles, so your time goes into the system.

What you will do
Your work in a normal month.
Run the Discover phase with client brand and content teams
Define principles, easing curves and timing for each motion system
Design and build blocks for type, logo, transitions and lower thirds
Brief Flow, the motion agent, so it applies each system on its own
Mentor two mid-level designers through their first engagements

What you bring
Requirements for this role.
Six or more years in motion design, with shipped brand work
A portfolio that shows systems, not only hero films
Fluent in a professional motion suite and node-based compositing
Comfortable presenting to client teams without a deck
Clear written English for specs and handover notes
