The role
Take new customer teams from sign-up to their first shipped edit. Remote across the Americas.
As Customer Onboarding Lead, remote in the Americas, you will run Team Onboarding, our fastest-growing service: lead workshops for new customers, build the training library and hire two specialists.
What you will run
Live workshops where each team briefs the five agents on its own projects, office hours twice a week and a recorded library that answers questions early.
Hours
Most customers sit between Eastern and Pacific time. We overlap with Europe for two hours a day.

What you will do
Your work in a normal month.
Lead onboarding workshops for new customer teams
Build and maintain the training library
Set up brand kits and templates with customers
Report adoption and feed product gaps back to the team
Hire and coach two onboarding specialists

What you bring
Requirements for this role.
Five or more years in onboarding, training or customer success
Hands-on video editing experience
Comfortable teaching groups live and on camera
Experience building repeatable programs
Based in a North or South American time zone
