The story

One product drop video template

Parcel & Co. releases a new colorway most months. Each drop used to mean a new edit from scratch.

We designed one drop format with locked motion and open product layers. Cut assembles it, Echo cleans the runner’s dialogue and Flow sets the titles.

The outcome

Nine drops have shipped on the template so far. A new one takes a day.

Discover

A scoping call and an audit of the last six drops Parcel & Co. published.

Week 2

Design

One drop format: locked motion, open product layers and a brand kit.

Weeks 3 to 4

Build

The template and three pilot drops, assembled by Cut. Reviewed every Friday.

Week 5

Handover

Recorded walkthroughs and a workspace the Parcel & Co. team now owns.
